We understand how difficult it can be to organise a large group party. There’s the stress of planning what to do, getting everyones money (sometimes from strangers) and then making sure they all arrive. Then what about the people that want to do something different, or don’t like certain things.

We have years of experience of looking after stags, hens, birthdays and any large party for that matter.

These party packages are designed to take all the stress out of planning one of these events.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Oceans Beach Club Magaluf opens at 12pm. Your VIP area will be ready from this time. Although rare, this can sometimes change. Depending on the event for the day, the DJ and music will begin at 1pm or 2pm. You must arrive by 3pm, if not, we reserve the right to resell your VIP area.

On arrival please present your VIP booking confirmation, you will be introduced to your VIP host. This person will look after you and your party for the day. If you have any questions or need anything, they are your person to go to.

If you order bottles and there is a special occasion, let your VIP know and we will make it extra special for you. Remember, size does matter. The bigger the bottle, the bigger the celebration.

You have your VIP area all day. If you wish to leave and return you may do so but please let your host know.

Oceans Beach Club Magaluf is a party venue. Although you can relax, the music and atmosphere is lively. If you prefer a “chill out” day let us know and we can position you away from the main party.

Depending on the event we will close between 8pm and midnight.

COSTS

Each package includes a reserved area for your party. To reserve your area, simply use the booking form and pay only a deposit per person. On arrival, the remaining balance will be due. For example, if you choose the Gold package at 55€, you pay a deposit of 20€ per person. On arrival, the remaining 35€ per person is due. If someone has paid their deposit but then cancels, you will NOT have to pay their remaining balance.

The stag, hen or birthday person does not need to pay and goes completely for free, for example, if you are organising a party of a total of 15 people, you only need to pay for 14 people.

The packages are designed for 10 or more people and are drink tokens. Smaller group and VIP packages can be found HERE.

We understand how difficult it can be to get money off everyone in a party.  If you wish for everyone to pay their deposits separately we can create a custom booking link for you. You would simply share the link to everyone in the party to pay their own balance. This way you do not need to collect any money. Please note, Saturdays are our most popular days, if you wish to book a Saturday we suggest booking quickly as these days sell out months before. This is then followed by Fridays and Sundays.

FAQ'S

What's included with the drink tokens?

All drinks are included and require 1 token per drink. Premium drinks require 2 tokens each. Premium drinks are top shelf spirits, cocktails and ciders.

Whats the difference between stag & hen packages and VIP packages?

Stag and hen packages include drink tokens per person. Guests can use their tokens for individual drinks or combine them for bottles. VIP packages are priced per group and include a minimum spend which the group can use on the bar, restaurant and drink packages.

What's included with the food tokens?

Any burger (excluding create your own), any salad, any wrap, nachos (mega nachos require 3 tokens). 2 person platters require 2 tokens, 4 person platters require 4 tokens & 6 person platters require 6 tokens.

What time do we have the VIP area for?

The area is yours all day. We usually open from 12:00 and close between 20:00 – 00:00 depending on the day and event.

What time should we arrive?

You may arrive from 12:00. You must arrive by 15:00 otherwise we reserve the right to take this as a cancellation and resell your VIP area. If you need to arrive after 15:00 please let us know by emailing [email protected]

Is there a dress code?

Not allowed is: football or team shirts, inappropriate clothing such as mankinis or S&M fancy dress, full body paint and glitter (face and arms is OK). Some fancy dress is OK, the door security will have final say.

What items are not allowed?

Any drink or food from outside, footballs or any other type of ball, inflatables, blow up dolls, illegal drugs. You may be searched on entry. The security reserve the right to confiscate any items if you wish to enter.

Do we need to buy tickets?

If you have reserved a VIP area, you do not need to purchase entrance tickets. Your our VIP and we are going to treat you that way.

What is your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds on VIP or ticket reservations. If due to extreme weather we can not open the venue, we WILL refund the full amount of what you have paid or move you to another day that you wish. On bad weather days, the beach club may open as usual. In this case you will need to arrive by 15:00. If you do not arrive by 15:00 you will not be entitled to a refund. We reserve the right to resell your VIP area from 15:00.

Will my picture be taken?

By entering Oceans Beach Club Mallorca you will be agreeing that any picture of video that you are in can be used commercially. We sometimes have newspaper press and TV film crews on site. There will be notices throughout the venue if this is the case.

If we make a booking, can we move it to another day?

Yes, if there is availability we can move your reservation. If there is a difference to be paid we will inform you. Please email [email protected] if you need to move your day.

Are children allowed in the venue?

Under 18s are NOT permitted into the venue.

Do you provide free WI-FI?

Yes free Wi-Fi is provided within the venue, so please post away on your Social Media!

Will we be provided with towels?

Only guests with a bed or sofa bookings will be provided with towels for use on the day. You will be asked to pay a 10€ deposit. When paying your deposit you waiter will issue you with a token, on returning the token and Towel to your waiter before leaving your deposit will be returned.

If we book with a deposit, when is the remaining balance due?

Your waiter upon arrival at your bed will charge this on the day. This can be paid by either card or cash on the day.

We have a booking and will be celebrating a birthday/special occasion. Is there anything special you can do for us?

Yes we offer a Birthday Cake which can be personalized with a message or name of your choice, this is a set price of 50€ and is for up to 8 people. Another option that is great for celebrations are the Drink Packages with the specific packages we offer Special Bottle presentation. Depending on the price this can vary from Oceans Beach dancers coming out with name cards and streamer cannons, to bottles being delivered by acrobats, you may of seen some of these photo’s on our Social Media. We also offer full decoration of the VIP area a set price of 80€. Please email [email protected] if we wish to order any of these.
